These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Dare2share website and online store located at dare2share.co.za ("the Website"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 ("ECT Act") and the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 ("CPA").

3. Products & Pricing

All products listed on the Website are communication card games. Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.

4. Ordering & Payment

  • Orders are placed through our Website and processed once payment is confirmed.
  • Payments are processed securely through PayFast, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store your credit or debit card details.
  • An order is only confirmed once we receive successful payment notification from PayFast.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed.

5. Delivery

We deliver throughout South Africa. Shipping costs are calculated based on the number of items in your order and are displayed at checkout before payment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We will notify you by email once your order has been shipped.

6. Cooling-Off Period (CPA Section 44)

In terms of the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 (seven) business days of receiving them, without providing any reason. To exercise this right:

  • The goods must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Contact us at info@dare2share.co.za to initiate a return.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • A full refund will be processed within 15 business days of receiving the returned goods.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is the property of Dare2share and is protected by South African intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our written consent.

To the extent permitted by law, Dare2share shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website or the purchase of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods purchased.

Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in compliance with POPIA.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
